Terms of Delivery

The two types of in-house course delivery, customized courses, and standard courses are delivered on customer site. Delivered on customer site really means that you decide the location; it can be in your office or any other place you chose. And it also means that you decide who can participate, it can be your employees only or you can invite your associates too. But you can not invite the public or charge the attendees for attending the course.

We charge a fixed fee for the customization and for the delivery of the course. The first time these two are usually put together in one project and priced as such. Subsequent deliveries are priced as for a standard in-house course.

Delivery Setup

These are the standard arrangements for in-house delivery. The class size for in-house courses varies, but usually is 8-15.

Consulting Skills provides

Course material, sent to you during the week before the course
One or more consultants leading the course
A fixed price per course (or day) plus travel and living expense

You provide

A room to hold all the participants in small groups setup
One or several break-out rooms for small group work
A/V equipment, 1 Video beam, 1 projection screen, 3-4 flip charts, speaker for computer hook-up
Break and Lunch catering (lunch preferred in-house)
